Canada Post Strike and Mail Delays
As of Friday, November 15, 2024, Canadian Union of Postal Workers began a countrywide strike. Canada Post has said that mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered during the strike and some post offices will be closed. Service guarantees for items already in the system will be affected. Hamilton Food Share is aware of the distruption and we will be monitoring the situation closely.
