Where to Get Help in Hamilton

Hamilton Food Share is an emergency food hub that provides nutritious food to hunger-relief programs across the city. Below is a list of programs we support available to Hamiltonians. Should you need emergency food assistance, please contact the food bank or hot meal program closest to you. Although we exclusively supply food to the programs below and not directly to the public, please call us if you have any questions.
